I see that you have of experience with portable amps, I wonder if you could tell me what you think of the total bithead compared to the 37 amps that you reviewed. thanks

    Hi,

I would contact you to ask you some advice for choosing an amp to associate with my DT-770.

I have a tube amp brand Prima Luna and looking for a similar listening with my headphones : warmth, consistency, detail and space of the soundstage.

Could you advise me some reading or a few personal opinions about amp (Travagan, Jade, ...) ?

    Thank you,

Hi, I just wanted to thank you for your exhaustive work on portable amps.

Because you have had so much experience, would you mind sharing your thoughts regarding amping an esw9 with the headsix vs xin supermicro with respect ONLY to SQ. Also, is the mustang truly a night/day difference from these two.

    Thank you SO much

    Jon

hi there. I was looking for some insight into modding a pair or yh-100. Do you remember how you did yours? do you use any dampening or are they completely open? How would you compare the sound before and after? Many thanks. I appreciate any help.

Hi there Skylab as you seem to be the man in the know could you help me please regarding a portable amp, I have read your review on the 37 amps but it does not include the pocket amp version 2. Is this a decent amp? I am torn between this and the XM4 as I only have £100 to spend. I have a pair of Shure SE530'S and an iPhone 3G. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your response and all the best sir. Adam UK

    Hey Rob,
How are you? I haven't been around much lately. I just found this feature, and thought I would try it out. Any new portable gear (that you give your blessing) I need to know about? I see that iPod Studios and LaRocco's website are shutdown...big surprise there, LOL.
