- Just about anything outdoors is good with me. I really like to camp, hike and bike in the beautiful state of Colorado. I love to grill food at least a few times a week. I also like micro-beers from around the world. My favorites include St. Bernardus Abt 12, Rochefort, Trois Pistoles... the list goes on and on (I have hundreds of different bottles i've sampled from around the world lining the top of my dining room) I also love extreme hot sauce... I'm talking EXTREME. My favorites include Mad Dog 357 Collectors Edition (3 X hotter then a habanero... well over 100 X hotter then a jalapeno), Blair's Possible Side Effects, Black Mamba, All of Da Bomb hot sauces and a bunch more.
