So I spoke with Jeanette. Get impressions done again. Write up an email/letter descriving what the fit issue is. Send impressions and phones to her. That's pretty much it. You can call to discuss it with her in further detail.

Getting my new impressions done tomorrow morning. I may get a "UE" on them while they're fixing them. She said she'd do it for free since it's really just advertising for them. What do you think? Or are they cooler just BLACK?
