In my into to Impasse & Exit I stated that when we are asleep and operating under the Law of the Dream, we were unable to be be aware of where we really were, that is, snug in our beds. I was wrong.

The other morning, I thought I was awake and sitting up in bed, looking at some papers on my lap. I heard the garage door go up, then down, the door to the shop open & close, the door to the mancave open & close, the door at the top of the basement stairs open & close,...

When I began the following story, I thought that it was all about walking and finding a way out, but now I know it is, even more, about water, the kind described to the woman at the well. This story is based on a series of dreams, which have occurred over most of my life. The first scene, set in a place much...

...I tried a long time ago to set up a blog, and it did not seem to work. Now, I wander in here, and there it is! Now I can post my literary output, and hopefully, no jokes in wheelchairs...
Stay tuned.
