Hi! I have been on head fi for some time, mostly lurking about and reading. I was wondering if you can please help me out on making a decision.

I was about to buy a senn hd800 this week until I heard of the jh-13 pros. Are they really as good as the hd800s properly amped? If it is true, then I will definitely skip the hd800s and go for custom IEMs instead.

I am very skeptical of IEMs because my se530s were totally destroyed by my k702/hd650s combos amped. How do the jh-13 pros compare to the se530s? Are they similiar to the se530s in bass and soundstage.

Hey,
So I've sort of gone nuts now. I bought 3 pieces of very high end grear and sold everything else but for my two fine balanced can's and a 5.5g 80 gig iPod. Here's what I have or basically what I'm getting: Audio Aero Capitole SE cd player/pre amp (Supposedly the best redbook/digital player there is. Jury's out); A pair of ATC 20-2 active speakers; awaiting Craig's/Eddie Current's limited edition Balancing Act balanced amplifier with the works(mustard, relish, fries and a coke) I spent sooooo much money.
Oh my gosh. Call me insane! But write back. This is going to be one musical system.
What's been up with you. Of course you know you have the longest list of gear in audio history. You don't call yourself the addict for nothing. So then what am I becoming? Ha!
