Sri Racha sauce is damned delicious. Just read this article: http://www.nytimes.com/2009/05/20/di...ited.html?_r=1

I guess we all have our limits; I find that the extract sauces, even in miniscule amounts, basically leave me unable to taste anything else. On the other hand, I've seen people sample some of them straight out of the bottle. That would literally put me on the floor.

Yeah, I have my share of ridiculously hot sauces. Sometimes I like to take it back a notch and enjoy the garlic chili sauce, not the crazy habanero extracts. *Shudder*

Absolutely. It works so well with so many dishes, and the heat is stong but not crazy, like some of the extract sauces I've tried. I always have a jar in the fridge!

That Thai chili sauce should be an essential component of everyone's fridge.
