Default Ugh, quality...

Well, after going through 2 cords, I got the wireless add-on... Now the wire on the right side is starting to go. I really wish the build quality on all the Sleek products were a bit better. The pieces themselves are a bit janky, the socket for the left side broke but I managed to fix that with a bit of steel/putty stuff.

Anybody know how well the new cables hold up? Turn around time for repairs?

The new cables have considerably increased build quality and people have been very happy with it.

Replacements get sent out the day after we receive the piece to be replaced.

As for your W-1 unit send an email to us and we'll get you taken care of.

Well, poop. Got my SA6 back...

They replaced the ear pieces (didn't expect them to so that was a nice surprise) however the right ear piece still seems to be going out (at a different point now, I think). I give up.

Good thing I got me a pair of KSC75s. I'm starting to like that I can hear things. .

It's the cable from the wireless unit to the ear piece, at the ear piece end of the cable. It works fine if I don't touch it and I'm not sure if I want to bother with sending it back since I just got it back.

I think I'll just chalk it up to "experience" and move on to new and less expensive things.
