Please understand I now am getting hundreds of emails everyday and that does not include what Mack and Shelley receive. If I missed yours believe me I will make sure to correct this and make up for the inconvenience. Every email is important and I make a huge effort not to miss them. The last thing anyone wants at Sleek is to miss an email, or drop the ball on a customer service request.
