Exclamation Suggestion to Sleeks

From my experience the Medium tips are too small for my ears, but the large tips are too large....

Suggestion: Make another tip sized between the large and medium tips

I agree. I think there should be a tip in between the medium and large size. I get a better seal and less of a treble sibilance/resonance issue with the large tip, but its just too large to fit in my ears comfortably.

I prefer the fit comfort and sound of Comply T100 foamies. And they seal external sounds better.

Default I find the tips painful...

I have to use Phonak Audeo PFE Small Tips, or Shure Olive Medium Foam Tips for comfort... The Sleek Bi-Flange Tips literally "bite" into the inside of my ears and are constructed of hard plastic. Make them of the same stuff Phonak does and you'll come out on top... Maybe you should talk to Phonak??
