Skipping - Head-Fi: Covering Headphones, Earphones and Portable Audio

I emailed SLeek Audio 2 weeks ago, witho no response.

WHen I have the W1 plugged into my ipod, sitting in my pocket, it keeps skipping, like its losing packets/data

can anyone advise, i want to use them for the gym, but if its going to keep skipping, its going to be a waste of $300!

I don't think there is any solution to it unfortunately. It has to do something with your body absorbing the signal. Mine skips too so I put it in my pant's back pocket and my mp3 in my front pocket. I connect them with a medium length 3.5mm cable.
