Luckily, yes! Next day i was ready to go to the postoffice, decided to give them one more try and...flawless. And have been working perfect ever since then. I do not understand, I switched tips, sources, cables ears, looked inside but the ports were unblocked...the only explanation I can think off other then a loose contact is condense.
Which seems to occur sometimes in electronics when going from a cold to a warmer environment.
It gave my trust in the build-quality a dent, but on the other hand, they sound marvellous! Much better then my former similar priced Shure E4s; they best them in tonal balance, bass, detail, dynamics, everything, a genuine pleasure to listen too with my Sony A808.
