Default Anybody have any clue why my sa6 wont charge?

I let it sit plugged in for over 24 hours straight with the master switch set to on (tried it both ways), yet no lights go on anywhere. Anybody know how to fix this? I just got these (used) and the previous owner had only tried them once or twice.

Sounds like you got a bad set. All you have to do is push that tiny swith adjacent to the plug away from it. That is the whole process. Just plug in the charger. Are you sure your USB port is good. Try another one.

Spoke to someone there named Bill. He told me to send them in and they'll ship me a replacement. Didn't care that I got them used and didn't need the original receipt. Great customer service.
