Question about warranty overseas
Hi,
From various threads here, there seems to be some problems with the cables, so I'd just like to make clear on few things about warranty overseas.
I've heard that the Klipsch agency in Japan (e-frontier) does not cover any cable problems in the 2 year warranty, and should one want to fix it, they should pay the full price of the phone (that's approx. 30,000 yen for X10!).
Is this real?
Is is just in Japan, or is this policy worldwide?
Thankfully I haven't had much problems with my X10 yet, but this is kinda worrying.
