Default Problem with my iFi's

I saw someone ask a question about speakers here, so I figure I may as well give it a shot before I shoot customer service an email. I currently own a pair of iFi speakers that are now out of production. The ipod dock that happens to also control volume etc. seems to be broken to some degree. I can get the remote to play/pause and change tracks, but I get no sound output. It also charges fine. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like other people are having problems with the dock also. I have no direct experience with this product. Your best bet is to call customer service. If you are out of warranty then you are probably out of luck.

Maybe i should consider myself lucky then... I've had mine for 2 years before this happened. I guess I shall give them a call when I get the chance.
