Registration and Badges
We are putting together the final lists so we can have as many of the badges ready before the event. Please register if you haven't done so already. It will make the Saturday morning a bit easier for my wife and daughter who are going handle registration. In addition to helping agile_one and episiarch, who are working on the badges.
Thanks!

New Sheriff in Town
ok, people, tyrion has been far too lenient and soft on you n'er do well's, miscreants, and buffoons, but he can be excused, coming from the liberal, save the planet cocoon he lives in.
That's all over now ... gentle persuasion, and appeals to your good nature (that's a joke) are done. There's a new sheriff in town, and this is how it's gonna be: - If you haven't registered for CanJam '08 yet, do it NOW!
- No registration by Tues, 4/29 means No Badge For You!
- You got a problem with that?
If you answered "yes" to bullet #3, the NY Head-Fi contingent have the solution. Right, Aaron, Tom, and friends?

registration only involves paying the dues right? or is there an actual sign up sheet or a form one has to fill out? i only ask because i want a badge and i have only paid the dues.
ps. can you make my badge all cool and awesome and pretty?
pps. my curiosity got the better of me and i youtube'd spinal tap and saw the video with the quote in your sig agile_one. and then i ran to the nearest blockbusters to see if they had it...and of course they didnt. but i saw a few other videos from the movie and they looked hilarious.

Your badge will be as cool, awesome, and pretty as your Head-Fi avatar is on Tuesday night!
Corollary: those of you without avatars should choose and upload one pronto! Otherwise you will get (cue the ominous music)... a default avatar.
You have been warned.

Badges for guests
I just registered for myself and wife (guest). Are you also printing guest passes? Do I need to bring in a receipt from paypal or are all purchases linked to head-fi account?
Good to know that they'll have avatars cuz mine is a sissy dragonfly. It should be fun to walk around with that all day

I would bring the pp receipt. I don't believe it will be needed but in the event there is a problem. Make sure you introduce yourself.

Calm done there, big guy. I know you've met my good friend NightWoundsTime. His only jobs are to have fun and mess with anyone that messes with my daughter.

She leaves in June to start school. She's only been up there one or two times over the last year.

Hmm, I think Tyrion doesn't want you associating with his daughter due to posts like this!! To tell you the truth, I don't blame him..
