I just came from "532" a changed man. I flashed my iPhone with ed's post to gain admittance. Voltron saved my life by providing beer and two cold slices of pizza. I'm forever in his debt.

It was certainly my pleasure, especially because I didn't buy the beer! It has been a fun day or airport runs, pizza runs, beers runs, and hopefully no other runs. The main room is buzzing with activity and most of the vendor rooms are already in action. This is going to be sweet!

Glad to see that SteviO made it, long time since I saw you last. Do you still have the Sony Qualia? Those have to be the best headphones I have ever heard.

Hello everyone!
I am so greatful for the pictures; at least that much for being part of what is happening. Please keep them coming. I am counting on more posts from Gene.
Have a great time (goes without saying), and have a drink for all the poor souls that were not able to make it to the meet.
A big shout to everyone - HAVE FUN!

Went out to dinner with Todd Green, Pete Millett, and the Sleek Audio team (thanks, Todd, for the wonderful dinner and drinks).
Aftewards, Todd, Pete and I walked over to a store to buy samplings of the exotic beers these two favor (exotic to me anyway). They picked up a haul that was a bit burdensome to carry back to the hotel (we walked), so the cashier insisted we take one of their grocery carts, with the promise we'd bring it back some time tomorrow (which will almost certainly be to fill it up again).
Todd pushed the cart back to hotel, through the lobby, up the elevator, and into our room (I'm rooming with Todd). This is Todd and Pete with the cart. I don't know why I found this so funny, but I did.
Those guys went out to watch a hockey game, and I stayed behind to do some work. I just got a call, however, from Dan, so I might go out with some of the others. At the very least, I'll go down and say hello to them before they split.

Nice pics. I used to live in Boynton. It brings back memories.
Edit: Wait, Brother Tuckers is in Pompano, no? Anyway, still nice memories cruising up and down 1 and the intracoastal.

AL!!!!!! Saw you in the photos, my friend!
Listen, I am truly bummed I could not make the FLA meet. Just didn't work this time around. For the east coast people who didn't make the San Jose meet that WILL make the FLA meet, a toast to you. Have a great time!
Keep the photos coming, the tunes rolling, the tubes warm and the beer cool.
If you get even a slightly sober moment this weekend, take a look around and look at the amazing community we are involved in. Pretty impressive, isn't it?
Cheers! I'm drinkin' to y'all from the cool climes of Seattle. About as far away in the contiguous 48 that you can get!

You are corresct, sir. Pompano it is ... I'm from the west coast (Sarasota), and get confused by all the beaches over here.
