Hmmm...I'll have a N.M. Cardas (Monkey-fied--i.e., balanced) cable to add to the mix.

Bring it on. So far my baby's more than held it's redbook own against an Esoteric DV50, SA10 and Opus 21 in head-to-head matches (not as good as the Esoterics for sacd) and squashed my other cdp, which is damn good in it's own right.

Ok I'll bring everything I've got! It's time to unleash a couple secrets I've been hiding for a while anyway - might as well announce them now to help spark interest. All my headphones are now listed in post #2! (Well not really everything I own, just the higher-end ones.)

Just took a peek. Congrats on the HP-2s. When did you get those?

I got the HP-2 just a few days ago. It sounds so amazing, for a few minutes yesterday I seriously contemplated getting rid of the AD2000, RS-1, and K701, as it has qualities of all three!

To go with this pile of stuff (which has been static in my rig for 2-3 years), I'm adding:

ATH-ESW9
Corda 2Move

Finally back to work full force after 3 months of downtime, decided it was time for a treat.

Ah nice... usually the way it works, but we go from one ESW9 request to having three coming along!

Just a tentative heads-up, I should have a couple of new amps from a startup company Purity Audio (Head-Fiers omendelovitz & pbalcer) to play around with (K.I.C.A.S/Caliente). Just working out source issues at the moment.

Just looked them up, they look nice. I can help you with the source issue. I'll already have the vinyl in the rig, so I'd be willing to drop my Cyrus CD6 on a table for you. It has two outputs and sounds pretty decent.
