is that the same frank as the one mentioned in the california meet at voltrons place? the one with the satanic diy tube amp with the beautiful blue mercury (i think) tubes?

Frank = flecom, but FrankCooter of DIY tube fame is not coming to CanJam as far as I know, which ain't much more than speculation.
