So I went to Las Colinas Restaurant that was recommended. I called them up to see how far away they were and they told me they were 1.5 - 2 miles away. Man somebody sure can't tell distance. It was more like 7 miles. They really didn't speak english so it was no surprise that they couldn't tell how far they were away. It is a very rustic place. A type of place you will find on the west side of Chicago. The food was pretty good though. I had Flank steak that had some green chili sauce on it. I also had the black beans and rice. It was pretty darn cheap. Dinner, dessert, and 4 beers was $23! The cab ride there and back was more expensive.
