Okay now, boys. You're scaring the innocents.
I would like it known to those who may be happening upon this very official annoucement for the first time, and who have not yet witnessed a Florida planning thread before, we're not as bad as...uh...I don't even know where to take this and be truthful. I will, however, add that despite certain proclivities of the majority, there exists a stong sober contingent within Team Florida as well. Okay, it's just me, but I represent well.
Edit: What are you thinking about Wayne? You're in charge of the afterparty....geeeez!

Telica and I will definitely be in attendance.
We also wish to sign up for the apre and pre-party festivities.
Just please make sure to keep Gene away from me during the 4 a.m. hours...it still hurts !
One request. Please remove that Xerox logo off the Wired cover. 17 1/2 years of my life dedicated to that thankless company is enough...it makes me gag!

A case a WEEK? I guess I could taper down to that by april.

I didn't sign the contract until around 6pm tonight so it's probably not in their system yet. I would wait until Monday or Tuesday.

Sure, you guys will come down here and win all the cool prizes. I will put in a request to the art director to remove Xerox for you.

Wow!!! This is great news!
Thanks go out to whomever made the call on the date...it means I'll actually be able to attend this year!! Typically my wife has a professional conference that week, and I'm "stuck" doing daddy duty. I love it, but it's not well suited to out of town trips to Head-Fi meets.
Wahoo!! I can make it to a National Meet!!!

Most excellent news, Tom! I do recall that you had this conflict last year but certainly can't take credit for picking the right dates. Gene was the sensitive one (as always). He realized the Mother's Day fell on the following weekend which was our original target date, so we moved it back a week.

In case anyone tries to make a reservation, they might not have us in their system yet. I am guessing by Monday it should be fine. If there are problems, let me know and I will contact the ES. I mentioned somewhere above, I should be able to post a link to make reservations online in about a week.
