are you guys having the meet where there is a open Atrium like thing in the hotel? i remember doing a few meetings with clients at a place like this. we called that place the Jail house cause of the floors of rooms are around this huge open area that serves food, drinks, and has this weird indoor running river inside. if it is same place that i am thinking then thats a hell of a deal on a Suite and its a hell of a place!
this place also had private balcony's outside some of the suites, totally Awesome! and the Espresso from the lounge area is really good also. i spent a few nights poolside with a few friends and clients there, made lots of deals at that place..

Martin pro is in Sunrise and my friends are in tampa..damn tampa is going to be a long drive..

Great, the Wild Bunch with Boomana as the chaperone. This will be an interesting meet! Count me in.

The meet will be in the in part of the Grand Salon. You can see the floor plan on the ES website that is linked in the first post. We won't use the whole thing for the meet. Part of it will be broken up into single rooms for vendors instead of the hotel rooms used last year.

I was in a room this afternoon. It is actually two rooms with a door that shuts in between. One room has a King or two double beds. The other has a queen size pull out couch. Each of the rooms has an LCD panel tv. The rooms have a small refrigerator and microwave. They are all newly remodeled.

The cut off for reserving a room at the meet rate is 4/9/08. After that, you might be able to get the rate if a room is available. I have 70 rooms reserved for each night. If those go, I can try to get more. The early I request the easier to get the additional rooms. I will have a link in the original thread that the hotel will set up in about a week that will allow you to reserve rooms online for the event. Otherwise you can call 1 800 Emabassy. I will post all this in the first post.

By May it's definitely getting warm. Coming from Portland, ME (great place by the way) it will be like a bathtub for you. The beach will be packed on Saturday and Sunday in Fort Lauderdale because of the Air & Sea Show.

Sweet.

It's right near finals for me, so chances are I will not make it. Too bad too, because I'm sure it would be fun.
