So when does the party start? I'm going to have to cut out early, either on Saturday night or Sunday morning, depending on when I can get flights (sure hope it's Sunday morning). Thus, I'm wondering when to arrive? Anything going to be happening informally on Wednesday? Tuesday? (Ok, just kidding about Tuesday).

Finally paid for my admission in the Paid Subscription section. So when/if/what are the dinner options going to be?
Can we just pay cash at the door for the food?

I'm pretty sure some are going to Brother Tuckers Thursday night. I'm not sure yet if I will make it. It depends on whether there are last minute things I need to do.

I'm hoping that an option will be added to the Paid Subscriptions. I started a list as the room is limited to 120 I believe. Ed, check your email when you get a chance.

Hard to imagine I wouldn't be there, since I live only 200 miles away.

I hope that Stacy and I are on it too. Where is the list? Also, what about signing up for the DIY session? Is that still going to happen or did I miss some news?

Stacy is on the list, not sure about you yet. I'm have a list of everyone that has expressed an interest. I was hoping that it would be part of the sign up by now so I could announce it. I will probably start a seperate thread by tonight with an announcement of the band and activities.
You both are already on the list, by the way

Just in case anyone is waiting around to book a room, there are only 35 left at the discounted price.

Unfortunately I'm afraid won't be able to attend CanJam '08. My passport expired last June, and I still can't even apply to the renewal, the governmental system for passport renewals basically stinks big time. Bottomline, I'm stuck in my country, can't travel anywhere abroad for the time being. Hoping to enjoy at least some of CanJam08 online.

Raul, we are going to miss you. Hopefully you will get the passport issues worked out and will be able to make it up for one of our regularly scheduled meets.

I'm committed (or should be)! Flying down from ATL Friday afternoon, departing Sunday Evening.
Really looking forward to this!
EDIT (3/22/08): Was it something I said?

I live very close to Fort Lauderdale. I'm about 55 minutes from there. So it's $20 for a ticket or something?
I'm new to this Can Jam festival. If I wanted to come what are the basic activities? Listening to new headphones at vendors booths and stuff?
