Whoa...the next National Meet in FL? Awesome! Will definitely be there, gonna have to go all out for my first trip to FL!

I don't think there's an official answer but my understanding is that it just didn't come together in terms of putting a leadership team in place, working out the site logistics, etc.

Mike has made swift progress in getting things off the ground for CanJam '08 and mostly on his own up to this point, so many thanks are due!

We've already got a lot of great ideas floating around among the planning committee members for this event, but of course we would like as much feed-forward as possible, so if you have any specifc requests or concerns please let us know.

besides the awesome live musicial entertainment planned, what about getting some French cancan dancers for canjam!

officially there were other reasons, but the two you mention were not any of them.

regardless of what happened we have a hell of a meet down in Florida happening in May so lets look forward to that! I know the Florida guys and gals will know how to have one hell of a big meet. not to big not to small..just right!

and as far as Chicago is concerned..let's let the November 17th meet happen then go from there..
