No such luck. Although, if you know of a large, low flying bird in my area at the time of the next CanJam, please let me know!

You mean in Venice Beach? Not much in the way of Baywatch girls, but we can certainly hang out in Venice Beach.

Can't say for sure if I can fly in, or drive, maybe all the bay area folks can plan a drive together, might be fun.

If it is that weekend, could we manage saturday and sunday? My finals week is over friday at 5pm, and if the event is on sat and sun, I can probably work it out to fly direct from school and make it out!

I am going to cash in my 401K just to buy a tank of gas to drive down there for this event. We should lock in our airline fares now. Who knows how much they will be next year with the price of gas on the rise like it is. We might see threads like: Want to trade K1000's for a tank of gas. No matter what happens, I will be there.

Heheh, I'm pretty sure there will be a sizeable NorCal Convoy going. Could be quite an event onto itself.

hmmmm ... I think you are right, Ed. The trip down fron NorCal could be a meet unto itself. Maybe I should fly to SFO or OAK to join the fun.
I imagine something like this for the ride down:

I'll be at any west coast meet. And some day, one of these will be in Seattle! (yes, I do realize the suicidal suggestion there.)
