What are the recommended apps for Jailbreaked iPhone/Touch?

I just jailbreaked my Touch. So far Mobile TextEdit (since there's no note-taking apps on the Touch), Mobile ToDo, Books and iBlackjack seem cool. Was excited about Apollo, but with no Gabber/GTalk support (though logo is on site), I guess I'm back to Meebo. And good mail apps with IMAP? Is there a way to get the Google Maps app?

Any other suggestions?

I haven't found a mail app yet.

If your into UNIX, there are UNIX toolkits, VT102, OpenSSH etc. I seem to spend most of my time dorking with UNIX on mine.
