It isn't an antique if it's a quartz watch. Likely a cheap Chinese watch shoved in an old fashioned housing. It's ok if it's cheap, but I wouldn't pay more than $20 for it.
Someone just stuck the logo onto an existing watch.
It's a cheapie, by the way, and absolutely not an antique.
If you're interested in a pocket watch, get an old one. They're made exceptionally well and a lot more interesting. You can pick up an Elgin or Waltham affordably. Look for one with 17 jewels or more.
