I use a Montblac Meisterstück (Aurora black ink) and disposable Pilot fountain pens.

I would be somewhat skeptical about the origin of the wood in your pen. Bethlehem is in the West Bank (occupied territories), not in Israel proper, no local business would advertise its address as being in Israel.
