Exclamation Oh no! Did I just break my clutch?!

So I was driving to wal-mart with my gf and her littler brother in my nissan nx2000. Well, when I engaged the clutch to go into first to park in the parking lot. Something bad happened . My clutch pedal is stuck to the floor and you have to lift it up and it pops back up. I couldnt switch gears or do anything, so we had to push it into the parking spot. Did I just break my clutch?!? The car is just sitting in the parking lot until tomorrow since its snowing here and has alot of black ice.

Or it could be your slave cylinder...or it could be that your slave cylinder is fully extended because your clutch is worn...

Certainly do not sound like the clutch itself, but rather the connection between the pedal and it.
Either a snapped wire or a broken slave pump, whichever method it use.

Look at my profile for my gear. I am sick of updating it in two places.

My favorite graph is z=(e^x)(cos(y)). That is all you need to know

Make sure you get the OFC silver-plated cable - it will make your shifts smoother.

Don't even do OFC. Solid gold cables are the way to go.

The NX2000 didn't have a hydraulic clutch? Am I really that old?

Where have you guys been? Those cable are for sure not gonna work. You need a rugged set of industrial grade interconnects.
Give the guys at BJC a call, they make very firm cables for a low price!
