Well, if yours is the original VZW Q with WM 5.0, there is a hack to add Mobile Office 6 with .NETCF, and the mobile youtube with an http streaming video app. I just can't remember how I added them to my Q last year, and I've moved on to an XV6800 (like the Sprint Mogul).

I would get the an screen protector on it pronto or a bestskinsever/invisible shield if they make one. I had a vaja case for my old verizon moto q and it was the best case I have ever owned. Oh, don't forget a memory card!
