COD4 is a must. Supposedly the single-player is a tad short, but the story is good. Gears of War for PC is also pretty fun, especially for people who just aren't that great with a controller and much better with a keyboard and mouse.

q2 ctf ftw. but q3 cpma and ra3 is addicting too.. i tried ut3 and couldn't play it at all. too much freakin detail hurts my eyes. frankly, i think i would be very happy playing a DM fps that was squares shooting circles at other squares lol.
