Exclamation Computer PVR Help

So my computer is equipped with a TV Tuner card and came installed with Windows Media Center. My question is can I use Windows Media Center record TV programs and then put them on my iPod Classic somehow? If not is there another program that can work with my Tv Tuner card and PVR (Personal Video Recorder) that records in .mp4 format or any other video format that works with the iPod?

My Computer Specifications
-HP Media Center m8430f
-Intel Core 2 Quad @ 2.4 Ghz
-Vista Home Premium SP1 64 bit Version

Thanks in advance for any help provided
