I didn't see Jenny Lewis of Rilo Kiley. I like her a lot. Aimee Mann and Imogen Heap make my list as well. Though, with Imogen Heap's style of music you're not sure how much of her voice is manipulated digitally or not. A lot of people have listed other females I enjoy so, I won't waste your time with the rest of the list.
There is something about Eva Cassidy that I really like. If you haven't heard her "Live at Blues Alley" CD then you should definitely take a listen.
I never liked Sheryl Crow or Wynonna that much until I heard them on Burt Bacharach "One Amazing Night." Boy can both of those ladies really sing when given the right material.
I didn't see Jenny Lewis of Rilo Kiley. I like her a lot.
Forgot about Jenny Lewis. She got a wonderful voice. I have her album with The Watson Twins and it's pretty good.
