I'm sure there are others I love and am forgetting...I love female singers
At the risk of being a bandwagon-jumper, I would have to say that Lorraine Hunt Lieberson's performances of Bach's Ich habe genug, BWV 82 and the Urlicht from Mahler's 2nd under Tilson Thomas probably earn her the "most glorious" ever. Not, mind you, the most powerful or most impressive. Nilsson and Flagstad still have those titles.
Hunt Lieberson's voice was simply glorious.
