How can you buy Pink Floyd albums without buying Dark Side of the Moon?

I was just waiting for someone to ask me this.
It was one of the few CDs I already had.

I wonder if you also didn't order the intervening Meshuggah albums because you already have them. Chaosphere is perhaps their best and Nothing their heaviest. I saw them on the second round of the Catch Thirty-Three tour this Fall. ****ing awesome show.

Maybe he hasn't heard of yourmusic.com and eBay.
Or maybe he rounded up the figure just a tad.

Wow, are these regular pressings on yourmusic.com? Brand new, unopened???? What a great deal, never heard about this before. Any fine print or anything else one should know about this place? Seems too good to be true...

I also find using BMG Music Club as a good way to backfill the collection...do the 12 CDs for the price of 1 and cancel as soon as it's fulfilled. They'll ask you to rejoin and you just do it again. The average per disk price should also be less than $5.50 (since they charge for S/H on each CD).
Otherwise, good for you for buying CDs. Based on your avatar, I'm guessing you are an NYU student. It's sad that when I'm at the Virgin store in Union Square near campus, nobody in the register line is under 25 years old. My friend that works for Sony Bertlesmann said that most teens have no concept of buying music. So it's admirable that you are actually stepping up. By the way, why did you decide to buy instead of download in this instance?

Could have used Amazon marketplace sellers, at least.. can easily get mint condition discs for well under $10 a piece.

I buy all of my music online. Brick shops, more often than not, have absurd prices and limited selection if you're looking for something outside of the ordinary.
I'm sure many other people who are under 25 years old do the same.

I'm fairly sure the CDs are BMG-club disks that have been sitting in a warehouse for a few months. I just got my first yourmusic selection (Hiromi - Brain), and it had the "Made for BMG" in the box for the barcode. The disk was new & unopened, but there was a crack on the case. Not a big deal, I assume it may be from shipping.... or yourmusic only sells damaged case music? Anyway the CD is just fine.
