ArkivMusic - Excellent Service
I recently ordered a CD ($6 Naxos CD while they were on sale), and when it arrived the disc was cracked. I sent an email to their customer service, and not only are they sending me a replacement, they are also giving me $2 credit for shipping it back. Now THAT is customer service. Thank you ArkivMusic!
