The DAC25.2's headphone jack does not incorporate the internal tubes in the circuit, only the SE analog-outs. Does the PH25.2's headphone jacks include the 6N16B?

Yes both the headphone outputs and the premap outputs are sent through the tube pre-amp stage of the circuit.
