Moon Audio is a manufacturer, direct retailer, distributor and custom shop for all things audio. We deal in Portable and Headphone Audio Systems, 2 Channel Speaker Audio, Home Theater Audio and Video, Customization and soon Home Installations. Our Primary focus is in the Audio/Video cable arena. At least this is were we got our start in the Audio Field.
Payments: We will accept Personal Checks, Cashiers Checks or Money Orders. Make all Payments out to Moon Audio. When Funds clear, Items will ship. We will accept Wire Transfers or US$ Cashiers checks for Foreign purchases. We will also Accept Paypal.
Shipping: We ship using UPS for inside the US, outside the US we use USPS. If you only have a PO Box in the US we will ship USPS. There is a $2 charge for the padded envelopes or boxes used to ship all our cables. retail equipment for example that originally came in a box does not carry this fee. All UPS shipments will include full insured amount. All Foreign USPS Shipments come with optional insurance rates. We will not be responsible for uninsured lost or damaged items if you decline insurance. When using Paypal we ship to the address on the Paypal invoice. If this is not your current address, I would suggest changing it. We will not be responsible if the package shows up at your old address.
To place an order: Send a detailed EMAIL of the items you wish to purchase plus the shipping address and we will send you a detailed estimate. Email is the best way to contact us. That way there are no phone order mistakes. We like having a hard copy in front of us. Custom orders can be interpreted wrong over the phone.
Moon Audio for the most part is open 7days a week. For Private appointments please contact us as we don't have set hours. Moon Audio is closed the following dates.
