Thumbs up HEAADROOM AND MCINTOSH

Headroom is expert at what they do right now. Which is building some of the best, if not the best headphone amps available, to mate with a plethora of headphone designs on the available market place.

However, what I would like to see is someone like Mcintosh, who builds some of the best tube and solid state amplifiers on the planet. Research and develop with their expertise a headphone amplifier. And knowing them, there would be a tube and solid state version to choose from.
Then, we would really have something!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is something seriously wrong with you. I just had a quick stroll through your posts, and the only thing you have done on this HR forum is to get yourself off to the thought of Mcintosh headphone products.

It's ridiculous.

That's one of the things on the list for such a product. A HeadRoom HRTF for 2-channel audio and Dolby Headphone for surround.

Tyll, how about a switchbox?

HeadRoom used to make a switchbox. I know this because I managed to snag one of the last of them. Personally, I'm more interested in a "splitter box" -- a box that could accept a balanced input and feed balanced outputs to multiple devices.

Yes, I remember the switchbox, too. I periodically remind Tyll that I want HeadRoom to make something that will compete with the Manley SkipJack.
