Micro Amp with Squeezebox

I'm thinking of buying a Micro Amp and use it with a Squeezebox as source (or maybe the new Receiver). Is there anybody with the same setup who could comment on the sound? What if I also got the Micro DAC, would there be a substantial difference in sound? Could anybody compare the Micro DAC with the Squeezebox dac?

I've got a 2006 Micro DAC on my Squeezebox in my garage. The Micro DAC is a significant upgrade to the sound out of the Sqeezebox direct. How much? I dunno, 87% improvement? () Quite a bit anyway. And the new Micro Dacs are better than the one I'm using.

I believe the improvement is actually 87.3%

FWlW , I thought the MicroDAC was a small improvement on the SB, but the Micro Amp is huge.
