Default HeadRoom module differences

I have a "Little" w/"More Power", purchased early 1997, which was fitted with Headroom's best module (at the time). I haven't kept up with Headroom module evolution. Can someone either tell me (or point me to a message/thread) which details specifically what the technical (preferably, topological) differences are between the latest, older and classic Headroom modules? When was the last major module upgrade period?

Thanks!
