All of our products carry a 6 month warranty through us. To have your electronics serviced free using manufacturer's warranty you will need to send the product, along with its warranty card, back to us. Shipping TO AudioCubes will be covered by customer and we will cover the shipping charge back to you.

That says to me that if you send it back to the manufacturer directly, they probably won't honour the warranty.
Just wanted to clarify here that the official Denon manufacturer's product warranty for their upscale headphones is 2 years -- not 6 months!

What happened to the D5000's? I don't see it anymore on the Denon page.

Well, the honeymoon is over and we've found out that they're out of the 5000s and it will be a couple of months before they show up again. This kinda pissed us of as they were almost the whole reason we went after Denon.

Because we're so early in the process and because it will be a COUPLE OF MONTHS before we get them, we descided it was stupid to put our highly favorable opinion on our site only to sell people on the idea of 5000s and have them go elsewhere to buy.

So the benefits of being an officially-anointed Denon dealer are being forced to advertise above-market prices and still not being able to get any stock. Sign me up!

Just a question. No offense.

I've sorta had this conversation at inside HeadRoom, might as well mention it here:

You're human; you make mistakes. Denon is a group of humans, they aren't perfect; they had a glitch in stock levels, oh well. Really, it's just one of those things. I can't name a vendor we haven't had an availability problem with at some point. In fact, the biggest availability problems we've had is the stuff we make.

The pricing thing is just life on the internets. We offer the Shure products at a lower price than Shure likes. My guess is that we'll have to have a "call for price" policy on Denon cans, too. But the agreement with Denon is freshly minted, and we'll have to have a number of conversations with them for our understandings and policies to come up to speed.

Til the I'm going to enjoy the fact that we got 2 more 5000s to play around with here, 'cuz that means a pair I can friggen listen to. I STILL haven't had the one pair we have in my office for more than a day; everybody here thinks these cans rock.

Sorry, didn't mean to take a dump in your thread. Just had some ... interesting ... dealings with D&M Holdings myself once upon a time. But I'm totally over it, as you can tell.

Certainly wouldn't stop me getting some 5000s, though. If there were any.
