Default Qables webshop FAQ

Here I will post some useful information on the web shop and ordering process.

CURRENCY:
You can select to pay in euro or in US$. Please select your desired currency in the upper left corner of the webshop.

VAT:
Prices shown are including 19% VAT. Once you log in using an coount with an outside EU address, the prices will automatically be displayed excluding VAT.

PRICING/COSTS:

I get a lot of mails asking me "how much it costs". Answering these takes me an awful lot of time and all information is on the webshop information pages. You find the links at the right hand side under "Information".

You can also simply log in using an account and fill your cart and proceed to check out. You will then be given choices for shipping and payment. You will then see the total price and you can decide to proceed or cancel.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:
We provide 3 shipping options:
Standard priority
This is using USPS, TNT or any other local standard mail service, 5-10 working days delivery. This is NOT insured and does NOT provide tracking.

Registered priority
This is also using USPS, TNT or any other local mail service, 5-10 working days delivery, however this is insured up to a maximum of 45euro’s. We cover the items if lost or damged up to max 45 euro. This options does NOT provide tracking.

UPS standard express
This is using UPS standard delivery service, normally 3-4 days. This is fully insured and provides full on-line tracking.

SHIPPING TIME:
The times indicated for shipping are indicative, meaning that we have no influence on local delays like custom checks etc.. Some can take up to a couple of weeks. We have rarely lost packages.
If you want to be sure it arrives in a few days and that your are able to trace it, you have to select UPS.
