Thank you! <==(Choose the one that applies!)
LOL! I'm talking about the ALO-780J

What do you think....
Okay for the ones keeping up with this thread, *but* some (many?) peeps seem to jump-in near the END of long threads, and then THEY will wonder "WTF" is a 780V or 780J?

So, maybe "cryo ALO-780" or "vampire ALO-780"?

Would give more clues to noobs (to 780's) to the ALO cabling for these 780's.

This would cause mad scrambling amongst them to the ALO site to see what a "cryo" or "vampire" means, I predict -- LOL.

If not for them, V or J suits me fine, since I know what it means.

Let's hear votes!

since the title of the thread indicates what it is just vampire or jenna should do it as long as there is v or j somewhere i think we get the idea hehe

My ALO HFI-780's just came in. Out of the box, they sound pretty damn good. Will report back after the burn in.

P.S.
Great customer service from Ken

Hmmm... approximately 10 hours into burn in and the phones have started opening up already... more of the detail is coming through.. good lord! It seems the "layering" is becoming more evident..nice! Although the metallic sheen is still "kinda" there...

I'll still pretty impressed with these Vampire 780's

I have about 498 hours on them and they are so enjoyable.

I'm loving these phones! I can't take them off.. even my older jazz recordings are sounding better!!! Besides they isolate pretty darn good, well they would isolate better if I could keep the dang volume down!!
