The iMod sounds good, but ouch! For those buying the complete package (5/5.5G) you can get a H120/40 + Micro DAC combo for much cheaper. It's not as portable, but it at least it'll sound better. And it seems those investing in the iMod are in it for the sound.
Well, if you already have your own iPod 5G (like me) you'll be out ~370-400 for the cable and mod, and shipping.
Not too too bad, I think.
