NEW ALO Gear
Head’fiers,
I have a bunch of new gear from ALO that I wanted to tell all about.
1/4 to Mini headphone adapter, top quality.
Jumbo Cryo X Silver mini to RCA
This also come in a ipod to RCA
ALO digital cable - 75 ohm
Which goes excellent with the Xindak 05 DAC. I bought one for myself and it worked REALLY good using my Meridian CD player as a transport. This DAC uses some very high end components used in way more expensive DACs. The best part of this DAC is it has a tube output, balanced and non. This DAC is a big bang for the buck
ALO speaker cables!! Woot!

Hey Nate,
Yah still plugging away. The progress report is that the end plates are being stamped out now, then I have to have them anodized and then engraved, buy some batteries. Its been a real learning experience for us and is obviously taking a lot of time. I really am trying to cater to my cable customers first and for most. So the amp project is getting done when I have time to get things done on it and not let it take away from other things.
Thanks
ken

Oh man I can not tell you how many times we are hunting for a adapter in my shop, I was using these cheap-o ones just because they were littered around the shop. Over the last year or so I would make a good one (like the one you see above) The moment I would make one for myself someone would email me saying hey can you make me a decent 1/4 to mini headphone adapter? So I was like I am going to sit down and punch out a bunch of these guys *someday* and put them on the webstore as a permanent item, finally got to it
The 1/4 jack is a Switchcraft and is easy the most sturdy and best quality female cable select jack, the mini plug male also switchcraft. The wire is a OCC 20awg 7/30 99.999% copper from Vampirewire. The length of the cable is about a foot to remove and stress from the mini jack on your amp.
Thanks
Ken

More!
6 wire mini to RCA - Extra Fancy
And finally some super deluxe silver 3X speaker jumpers, no sleeving because we found less techflex the better for the sound and since these are jumpers and will not be handled much it was the way to go.

They look a work of art and don't deserve to be hidden away at the back of audio equipment.

Man you guys are too kind (awesome!) . I really appreciate all the positive notes. This has got to be the best employment in the word. I truly love what I do, time moves fast when I am making the cables. I adore and it and I hope it shows and sounds that way with the items. I make everything as if it was something I am making for myself to use. I tell the few workers I have that help me do assembly to "make it like your making it for yourself" if there is something that is not right, or looks off then toss it. I know that this stuff is not inexpensive so I want things to be spot on and the best.
More to come! and PLEASE if there is something you can think of that would be good to make/have in the line up let me know.

Ken congrats!
Wow those speaker jumpers look awesome! I second spookygonk - too sweet to hide but hey, I'ts the same principle our mom's always nagged about changing the old torn underwear, wear the good ones cause you never know who'll be looking...
Luckily, on more than one occasion I found she was right- I'll be emailing you soon.

Maybe expand your line into the world of XLR -> XLR as well? Just a thought.

Ken, if possible I would like to have a LOD that combines characteristics of Au/Ag and Jumbo x Silver.
I like high detail and soundstage of Au/Ag and bass and impact of Jumbo Cryo x Silver.
Not too much ask I hope
