which LOD should i use?

Hi, I'm new here. I have some questions about ALO LODs.

I'm using ipod touch 1Gen and RSA's SR-71A amp with HD650. I wanna pick a LOD for ipod and SR-71A. When i search the ALO websites, i find that there are many kinds of LODs, SXC 18G, SXC 22G, UPOCC 22awg, crystal dock, and cyro dock.

The music types i listen to are pop, rock, and classic. So, which one is good for SR71A and the music types i listen to?
