You included RCA out thinking of the LISA III, didn't you?

So this thing is quite extensible, that's really a big plus.

To get it straight, it goes something like:

iMod 5th Gen > STANDARD Line Out Dock to Mini Cable > V-Cap Enclosure > RCA out to amplifier > Headphones/Speakers

Did I miss anything?

Wow, I don't even want to know the price, but I bet this will be amazing. Maybe it will convince some more people to buy so we can finally put to rest the whole iMod as a viable source thing. I'm glad that there is no way I could ever bring myself to spend that much, because this certainly sounds like it will be amazing.

Ken,
It sounds very promising for a transportable solution.
I can't wait to see it. :600smile:

Uhhh no, I dont think so. Mine will be in an extruded aluminum enclosure and I want them to stand up to the normal rigors of a portable device. The last thing I need are these coming back on me because the wire was ripped out for the Cap was crushed. Moreover I want to make the device to be as attractive and seamless as possible. I also want the ability to have a RCA out that will accommodate use with a home AMP.

Correct, but you have a mini out as well so let say you wanted to use it with a Tomahawk your all good also.
