Default 4G imod digital USB?

I just wanted to know if digital USB sound output is supported by the 4G imod. Will it be able to output to receivers like this Pioneer USA - Pioneer A/V Receivers or even newer car head units that accept a digital connection from the imod via the docking connector such as newer alpine units?
