well, that post was made 18 months ago but i don't know if Ori made it available for sale immediately after, but I guess it wouldn't have been too long after that

The first "official" batch of Oritek modded D2A went to customers in June 2006. The output board design was last revised about 6 months ago and there are no plans to revise it any more.
At this time, most (but not all) original units were updated to the latest circuit.
