Received an email from earphone solutions informing me my pre-order will be delayed. Willing to send me the UM2 for $269 and cancel the pre-order, or keep the pre-order. I'm taking the UM2's now and will take the Westone 3's when they come out!

ER-6i -> ER-4P -> Auditioned Triple.fi #52/1000, didn't like the midrange recession -> ER-4P -> Shure SE310 -> Atrio M5 -> LiveWires (when my Atrios ended up as roadkill, very sad) -> Atrio M5 -> Auditioned q-Jays, thought they were a little too uneven and very finicky with recording quality -> Atrio M5 -> auditioned Denon AH-C700, didn't like the lack of isolation -> Atrio M5 -> auditioned Klipsch Custom-3 and wasn't impressed -> Atrio M5 -> Sleek SA6 (under testing, but initial impression brands them as a keeper)

I will have to say this is my first post here. I have been following the Westone3's for several months after doing my online evaluation of several IEM's and I chose the 3's. I placed my pre-order back on March 14th and have been waiting in great anticipation only to arrive at a very dissapointing email today from Earphonesolutions.com about anotherdelay !!!! I completly understand that delays do happen but every month its something else. If it truly is the packing keep the packaging we are not going listen to the packaging! save a tree or something!!! This is BS Powderhound! If Westone is this unorganized with the packaging its not a encouraging sign considering the build up. I prepaid for these headphones that were supposed to be out in April and then May and now not until mid summer???? WTF??? I feel like the merchant dealing with American Express holding my money for a few extra days to run it through the market to make more money on my dime!!! Do you think the majority of the people here give a chit what you packing these IEM's in???? I think not! You are however going to piss a lot of people off by doing this, Me included. Thanks for the dissapointment due to packaging problems! Lame!!!!!!!!:blink:
